All orders for vending machines are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the purchase price.
2. Shipping and Delivery
We strive to deliver your machines within the estimated timeframe (typically 14-21 business days). However, delays caused by freight carriers or customs are beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
You are responsible for inspecting the shipment upon arrival. Any visible damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading before signing.
3. Location Services
If you purchase a package that includes location scouting, we guarantee placement within 60-90 days. While we vet locations for foot traffic, we do not guarantee specific revenue figures, as sales depend on product selection, pricing, and machine maintenance, which are your responsibility.

As the owner/operator, you are responsible for:

- Collecting cash and managing card reader settlements.

Warranty Information

Vending Capital™ stands behind the quality of our machines. We provide a comprehensive warranty to ensure your investment is protected.
1. Warranty Coverage
We warrant to the original purchaser that the vending machine will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of:
- 12 Months (1 Year): For all major parts, including the compressor, motherboard, bill validator, and coin mechanism.
- Lifetime Support: Free technical support via phone and email for the life of the machine.
2. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by vandalism, theft, fire, or natural disasters.
- Normal wear and tear items (e.g., light bulbs, buttons, stickers).
- Damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or negligence.
- Loss of product or revenue due to machine downtime.
3. Warranty Claims Process
To make a claim:
- Contact our support team at with your machine serial number and a description of the issue.
- Our technicians will attempt to troubleshoot the issue remotely.
- If a part is deemed defective, we will ship a replacement part to you free of charge via standard ground shipping.

4. Return Policy
Due to the heavy freight nature of vending machines, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for "change of mind." If a machine arrives with shipping damage, you must refuse delivery or note it on the carrier's receipt for an insurance claim to be processed.
