2. Products and Orders

All orders for vending machines are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the purchase price.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to deliver your machines within the estimated timeframe (typically 14-21 business days). However, delays caused by freight carriers or customs are beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

You are responsible for inspecting the shipment upon arrival. Any visible damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading before signing.

4. Location Services

If you purchase a package that includes location scouting, we guarantee placement within 60-90 days. While we vet locations for foot traffic, we do not guarantee specific revenue figures, as sales depend on product selection, pricing, and machine maintenance, which are your responsibility.

5. User Responsibilities

As the owner/operator, you are responsible for:

Stocking the machine with fresh products.
Collecting cash and managing card reader settlements.
Performing routine maintenance and cleaning.
Complying with local business licensing and tax regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vending Capital™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
